Tequila
La Cazuela

Blanco
Known as silver, plata or blanco, is an un-aged tequila, bottled no later than 60 days after the second distillation. Taste: light citric with a sweet fruity agave note.
Reposado
Rests in barrels for at least 2 months and no more than 11 1/2 months. Taking on some flavors and colors of the barrel, Reposado tequila will tend to be smoother than Blanco, with a hint of spice and caramel.Taste: smooth with sweet, cooked agave note.
Añejo
Are aged in government sealed barrels for a minimum of one year. Anejo tequila will experience the most influence fom the barrel. Hints of caramel, vanilla and spices are present, with a darker, richer color than the other two types.
Reserva Especial
This special category of tequila has been handed down from generation to generation of tequila makers, but was only publicly established as “reserva especial” in March 2006.
